Frequently Asked Questions

Whether you’ve attended many virtual conferences before or this is your first one, you might have some questions about how it works. Here are your answers.

Who should participate?

Live Review is designed specifically for those who work in trade and professional associations, training firms, continuing education divisions, and other organizations that serve the market for adult lifelong learning. It offers professionals from these organizations a way to accelerate their LMS selection process by easily reviewing a range of platforms from a range of vendors.

Where does Live Review take place?

Live Review takes place entirely online. Travel is not required for you to participate. All sessions will be accessed via the Internet, using Zoom. We will send access links by e-mail in advance of the first sessions.

I’m not available for all or part of the event dates. Can I still participate in Live Review?

Yes. While we encourage you to participate in the live sessions as much as possible (as that provides the opportunity to ask questions), all sessions will be recorded. Registrants who attend at least three (3) of the live sessions will receive access to all session recordings at no charge. For those who do not attend at least three of the sessions live, we will open up paid registration after the live event.

Will you record the demos?

Yes. Access to recordings will be made available to all registrants following completion of the event.

What are the registration options?

You can register as an individual participant here. If multiple people from your organization will be joining from different places, each participant should register individually.

Please note: Employees and representatives of participating companies or other learning technology platform companies may not register as an attendee or attend demonstrations provided by companies other than their own. View our policies for details.

Will I receive written confirmation of my registration?

Yes, registrants receive an e-mail confirmation from livereview@reviewmylms.com shortly after registration.

All future communications about Live Review will come from livereview@tagoras.com. To ensure you receive e-mails about Live Review, please add tagoras.com to your address book, safe sender list, or whitelist. (Tagoras is the company behind ReviewMyLMS and Live Review.)

Will you share my contact information with vendors?

Only if you give us permission to when registering.

Is this conference eligible for CAE credit?

We are not offering CAE credit for the demonstration sessions, but we will offer CAE credit for live attendance at the education sessions. A total of 4.5 hours of CAE credit is available. (If CAE credit is of interest, we also encourage you to check out our Leading Learning Webinars.)

Where’s the detailed schedule?

Please see the detailed schedule for full details, but the high-level scoop is that sessions (including platform demonstrations and education sessions) will start at 10 am Eastern time each day and end at 4:15 pm Eastern or earlier on all three days (January 31 and February 1 and 2).

How long has Live Review existed?

First held in 2019, Live Review is now in its fifth year.

Who is behind Live Review?

Live Review is an offshoot of ReviewMyLMS, a user-generated review site focused specifically on learning management systems that are a good fit for market-facing learning businesses. ReviewMyLMS is owned by Tagoras, a firm that has advised market-facing learning businesses for more than a decade on selecting and implementing the right learning technologies.

The companies that participate in Live Review tend to be those who have listing on ReviewMyLMS and/or are covered in our writing about online course platforms on Tagoras channel sites like Leading Learning and Learning Revolution.
